Cpt. Hadary is prior military , U.S. Army. He is in his 28th year with The County Police department. He spent 13 years on the county SWAT team, 8 of those years as a team leader. Capt Hadary has spent time in the Road patrol division, Special Crimes unit (Homicide), Metro Special Operations unit (Drug), and has spent 18 years in the Fugitive Warrant division commanding that division for the past 13 years.
